About Mentorship Program
The mentorship program is pretty straight forward:
I will help you set goals and make a list of long and short term accomplishments that you would like to achieve during our initial conversation. Once we have clear guidelines, we will work together to develop a timeline and then work together toward meeting each milestone within that timeline.
After we start to see results your mind will begin to shift and the renewed you will become more motivated, transformed into a better version of you who believes in yourself. If you trust the process, you will be able to accomplish more effectively all the things you desire.
At the end of the sessions, the goal for me is to ensure you’ve progressed forward and know how to manage and maintain the new outcomes you’ve worked so hard to achieve.
However sessions do not have to end. I offer continued sessions anytime thereafter to help you to continue to practice ways of making time for yourself so you do not become overwhelmed and stressed after such a great transition.

This service is for relationship management & ways of managing and achieving a healthy relationship within your home. During these sessions I will help you understand who you are and work on any flaws of your own to get more in-tune with your emotions and thoughts. This step is vital in you being able to express yourself respectfully while being able to keep your identity within the relationship.
We will also work on other techniques such as helping you understand how to begin setting boundaries and being transparent about what you like and don’t like and standing firm.
Communication is something both parties often need, to be able to express themselves, while still respecting each other’s space is another area we will explore in our individual or shared sessions. Alternatively, I also offer advice on ways to to remove yourself completely from a difficult, unhealthy or toxic relationship.
